Singularities of Clebsch Diagonal Surfaces

Conceptual Design

  • One of the showcases on surfaces of third order is investigated by the students.
    Every student is responsible for one model of the showcase.
  • The model is digitized by 3D scanning.
  • The model is reconstructed from the scanning data by fitting to the polynomial equation that describes the models.
  • The fit result is used to realise a 3D print of the reconstructed figure.
