In order to register please inform Rainer Verch (Rainer.Verch[put "at" here]itp.uni-leipzig.de). Please send your e-mail
with cc to our secretary, Lea Voigt (Lea.Voigt[put "at" here]itp.uni-leipzig.de),
who will try and find accomodation for you in Leipzig.
In your e-mail, please supply information as follows:
* DO YOU NEED
ACCOMODATION IN LEIPZIG?
If yes, the default is for the night
29 to 30 June;
in case you wish a booking of other dates, please specify.
* DO YOU WISH TO
GIVE A TALK?
If so, please send title and abstract.
* DO YOU NEED
FINANCIAL SUPPORT?
We have some limited amount of financial support towards
travel/accomodation intended mainly for younger participants.
Those of you who are able to use their own funds are asked to
do so on this occasion.
* ARE YOU PREPARED TO
SHARE A HOTEL ROOM WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
If so, please let us know with whom you are going to share.
It is encouraged to contemplate this possibility because it helps
to reduce costs and thus to make our limited funds available to
a greater number of participants.
In order to help us with the booking please send your e-mail with the required
infomation as soon as possible.
