after having had this workshop since nine years in Vienna with its infamous
Bermuda triangle, we decided to try out a new triangle formed by
Vienna-Dublin-Leipzig
and to circulate the workshop between these
three sites. This year it will be organized in Leipzig from
Thursday, 1 June, to Saturday, 3 June 2000. We would be glad if
many of the regular visitors
(Stammgäste) of the previous Vienna meetings would also enjoy
coming to Leipzig this year. As in previous years the idea of the workshop
is to provide a forum for a healthy exchange of ideas and to meet in a
relaxed atmosphere in Leipzig in late spring.
Please let us know whether you will join us and send a preliminary
title of your contribution. We will also have a poster session with
plenty of discussion time with refreshments and encourage you to make
use of this opportunity.
Concerning your travel arrangements we recommend to arrive in Leipzig
already on Wednesday evening, 31 May and depart on Sunday, 4 June.
We plan to meet in one of the many Leipzig pubs on arrival and
enjoy Leipzig at night after the last talk. The conference will start
at 9:30 on Thursday, 1 June and end at 18:00 on Saturday, 3 June.
