Dear Colleagues,

the aim of this Workshop is to collect recent ideas and developments in the physics of networks and their applications in various different fields including, e.g., internet, social, and metabolic or protein networks.

The Workshop will start Wednesday afternoon and end on Thursday around lunch time. It is scheduled to fit with another meeting, the 5th NTZ-Workshop on Computational Physics - CompPhys04, starting Thursday after lunch and ending Friday evening.

Please let us know whether you will join us and send a preliminary title of your contribution, preferably using our WWW registration. Details on locations, accomodations and schedule will be available from our WWW page. In view of tourism and limited hotel capacity at moderate prices in Leipzig during the Christmas season please try to meet the
